GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. The customary gratuity for a studio service is 20%, and cash gratuity is greatly appreciated by your service person. Gratuities are at your discretion.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Please give us at least a 12-hour notice to avoid a 50% late cancelation/no-show fee.

TARDINESS

We know your time is valuable, thus we strive to provide you with priority scheduling. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. We can not guarantee service if you are more than 15 minutes late.
